In rare occasions after imaging a Windows 11 Upgrade or fresh machine, the audio and/or camera drivers will be missing and the options for realtek speakers and built-in camera doesn't work. See below for steps in resolving the issue.
First sign into the machine as an admin.
1. Search Settings in the Windows Seach Bar
2. Search Optional Settings in the search bar of Settings
3. Select Optional Features > View Features button
4. Search for Media Player Legacy as below and tick the box.
5. Restart the laptop.
If that fails, note the Service Tag and model of the laptop and navigate to the Dell Support website to retrieve the necessary drivers.
