How to Activate Your Assigned Queue

This quick guide shows you how to activate the queue assigned to you when you start your shift.

1. Make Sure You Are Logged In

Once you sign in, you’ll see your profile panel with your status (e.g., Available, Busy, Away).

  • Click on your profile on the top right corner of the screen to view the queue activation section.
  • Click on Activate Queues to check the queues assigned to you and to check if you have any unassigned queue

2. Activate Queue 

  • Check all the queues are on active list. these are the queues you are assigned and active on active list
  • Check if you have any queues that is in the available list and not active and is on the available list
  • Click on the activate queue option to activate that queue to appear in active list 
    Example: SD_GL_ITSD

  • Restart your Genesys app so that the queues are active on your Genesys account
