This is the fresh default landing page. Ensure the location is set to Asia Pacific (Sydney) as FCTG’s data centre for Genesys is in Australia.





Select ‘More Login Options’:



Populate the field to ‘FCTG’ and click Next:






Ignore the login fields and click the Okta logo:



Input your email address, tick ‘Keep me signed in’ and click Next:




Type in password and click Verify (same as your Windows password):




Select preferred method of authentication:
