Prerequisite:

Installing the Work Profile onto your personal mobile

Follow the instructions here to install the work profile (instructions cover both iPhone and Android)

Install Microsoft Teams from available apps in the Company Portal

Install Microsoft Teams from available apps in the Company Portal, under Get Apps

Please ensure that your Teams (either on your phone or laptop) status is not set to: Do not Disturb

Reminder to turn off Aeroplane Mode for iPhone, and Flight Mode for Android.

Please either:

Turn off Do Not Disturb

Or, if you use the Do Not Disturb, ensure Microsoft Teams is included as part of the App Notifications in Do Not Disturb.

Swipe downwards to bring your notification shortcuts, press and hold the Do Not Disturb icon then click on App Notifications:

Click on Add Apps, Scroll and search for Microsoft Teams, Select App and click Done :

From your home screen, scroll down from the right to open Control Centre and select Focus:

Click on the Three dots to the right of the profile you actively use. For this example we will use Do Not Disturb. Then select Settings

Click on Apps, then Allow Notifications From. Then click Add:

Select Teams then click on Done

Notification - in Microsoft Teams (Applies to both iPhone & Android Phones)

In Microsoft Teams:

Click on your Profile photo at the top left Corner and select Notifications.

Under Notify me for, ensure All Activity is selected, or Only Calls if you want everything else muted.

On the same page, scroll down and under Block Notifications ensure the following toggles are turned off:

Go to the Settings App and select Notifications:

Select App notifications:

Select the Work tab. Scroll down to find Teams and ensure the notification Toggle is switched on:
