1. Check for dupes in Contact Hub using advance search for email address.

One of the profiles could have been created by guest through Google.

If dupe exists, then de-dupe and ask guest to log-in normally and not through Google.

  1. Check for the primary email address in Contact Hub- it’s mandatory to have one email address as primary. Otherwise, guests are likely to get green blank screen

  2. Scott Dunn’s app is Vamoos and not MySD. Bookings are pushed to Vamoos only after they are Finalized. Bookings are pushed to Vamoos from Travel Centre using ‘push to app’ button in the Summary tab. Guests can use MySD at any stage of the booking to view itin, make payments, etc.

  3. Check if the relevant documents are published. Example- if booking is in Booked/ RFC state, then booking receipt is compulsory to publish. Once confirmed, then Conf Invoice must be published.

  4. Any other issue reported, please check if it is a valid issue by using ‘Retrieve Booking ’ option in MySD , after logging -in to your MySD account.
