In case your keyboard layout has accidentally changed and instead of '@' it types " then it's a problem with the date region/language problem.

Please try one of the two methods to fix it.

Method 1

1) Right click on the start menu and go to Settings,

2) In the search bar type in 'Regional' and select 'Region and Language settings

3) Make sure your language is set to English UK or US or other that applies to your location. In case it's already set to the correct default language, just switch between two and then reverse change. This should fix the problem.

Method 2

1) On the bottom right corner of your screen, next to the clock, click on the Language menu:

2) From the available options switch the one that applies to you (US - US layout; UK - UK layout and so on)

If none of the above works, please report a Helpdesk ticket for IT Support team to assist you.
