If you are a laptop user and unplug the network cable, you may experience the below blank screen in Travel Hub (this will happen if there is no connection to the LTG network, so if Wi-Fi drops out, this will happen if you have a meeting in Bedford House for example).

To fix this, you will either need to connect a network cable  or ensure you're connected to the BestHolidaysEver Wi-Fi network (Wi-Fi will connect automatically in the office).

Once you're connected to the network, you will need to close and re-open the Travel Hub, you can do this by right clicking on the Travel Hub icon in the taskbar and selecting Close window.

This will minimise Travel Hub to the Notification Area in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, right click the icon here and select Exit

Now relaunch Travel Hub from your desktop or the start menu and all of the applications will appear again.
