There have been instances when opening a PDF in Edge, the profile pane will appear instead of opening your document, asking you to switch to your work profile:
The steps below detail how to set your work profile as the default, and open your PDF without any issues.
Procedure
1. Click your Profile picture/circle on the browser:
2. Click 'Profile preferences'
3. Set your 'Default profile for external links' to your work profile (should be your Scott Dunn email address):
