Overview

This guide will help you add the London-Xerox printer to your computer so you can print documents.

How to Add London-Xerox Printer

Step 1: Open Settings

  1. Click on Start Menu (Windows icon, bottom-left corner)
  2. Click on Settings (gear icon)

Step 2: Go to Devices

  1. In Settings window, click on Devices
  2. Select Printers & scanners from the left menu

Step 3: Add the Printer

  1. Click on Add a printer or scanner
  2. Wait for the system to search for available printers
  3. Look for London-Xerox in the list
  4. Click on London-Xerox
  5. Click Add device

Step 4: Verify Installation

  1. The printer will install automatically
  2. Once added, London-Xerox will appear in your printer list
  3. You can now print to this printer

Set as Default Printer (Optional)

If you want London-Xerox as your default printer:

  1. Go to Settings → Devices → Printers & scanners
  2. Click on London-Xerox
  3. Click Manage
  4. Click Set as default

Test Your Printer

Print a Test Page:

  1. Go to Settings → Devices → Printers & scanners
  2. Click on London-Xerox
  3. Click Manage
  4. Click Print a test page
  5. Check if the test page prints successfully

Troubleshooting

Printer Not Appearing in List

Try these steps:

  1. Refresh the search:

    • Click Add a printer or scanner again
    • Wait for search to complete

  2. Check network connection:

    • Ensure you're connected to the office network

  3. Restart the search:

    • Close Settings window
    • Reopen and try again

Printer Won't Install

Solution:

  1. Remove any existing London-Xerox printer:
    • Click on the printer → Remove device
  2. Restart your computer
  3. Try adding the printer again

Can't Find "Add Printer" Option

Alternative Method:

  1. Press Windows Key + R
  2. Type: control printers
  3. Press Enter
  4. Click Add a printer
  5. Select London-Xerox and click Next

Printing to London-Xerox

Once installed, you can print from any application:

  1. Open your document
  2. Click File → Print (or press Ctrl + P)
  3. Select London-Xerox from printer list
  4. Click Print
