Scott Dunn uses CodeTwo signatures to auto-populate our standard branded signature when sending emails from Outlook, however it does not auto-populate when sending emails through a shared mailbox and will have to be added manually. This guide will walk through how to work around this by creating a custom signature that can then be populated with a few clicks in Outlook.
