People may occasionally encounter a truncated display issue with the LTG Connector while filing an email within Outlook, resulting in a window or part of its content being cut off or appearing incomplete, which prevents them from making the correct selection.

Resolution Steps

This is likely due to the local display scale in Display Settings. LTG Connector requires the window scale to be at 100%, where in most cases the default for laptop and extended screens are at 125% or 150% depending on the resolution. This may also occur within remote desktop, however the scale is still affected by the display settings outside.

1. Outside of remote, navigate to Display settings in the Windows search bar, or right click the desktop.

2. Select the desired display window where the Outlook/LTG Connector issue is.

3. Under Scale and Layout, change the sizing to 100% for the screen.

In some cases if the scale already is at 100%, change it to a different size. Changing it back to 100% will resize the glitched LTG Connector Window.
