Date changes and upgrading itineraries (un-ticketed PNRs only)

Once you have held a PNR, you may find that your guest would like to have a price for an upgrade or to change dates.

If the PNR is un-ticketed, you will be able to do this yourself. If a PNR has been ticketed, you must raise a Helpdesk ticket for the F&T team to calculate any additional charges.

If you are changing the whole itinerary, it may be best to create a new PNR. Use REALL to copy names to save time.

Enter IR – this will leave the PNR in its original state

Upgrading un-ticketed bookings

If a guest wants to upgrade both, or all sectors of a PNR, the easiest way to quote them this is to simply use the magic pricing button.

So, retrieve the PNR, don’t make any changes to it, enter #PRICE and use the button to price the itinerary. You will see the upgrade options.

If they want to upgrade only part of the itinerary, you must do this manually, in a similar way to the date change process.
