Often times when working in remote, people prefer to have their screens split between Remote Desktop, and their local computer. This can be due to certain systems working only in one or the other when working on a home network. This guide will explain how to setup which screens your remote appears on based on preference.

Setup

1. Open Windows App and click the ellipses: '...' and open ⚙️Settings.

2. Turn off the 'Use default settings' toggle.

3. Under Display Settings > Display configuration, click on 'Select displays' from the drop down.

4. Select which displays you want remote to appear on. You can click 'Detect' to show which screen corresponds to the number.

Please note the display orientation is configured in your local computer Display settings.

LTG Outlook filing or Travel Centre pop up issues

If email filing or Travel Centre popups are being cut off, open your local display settings, then ensure your display scale is set to 100% for the screen you are using remote in (You will have to select the display highlighted in blue on the display settings).
