Follow this quick guide to update you WhatsApp for business number to show the "Contact me on WhatsApp" option in email signature.



  • After you open the link, the below form opens:




  • In the contact me on WhatsApp field: Enter you WhatsApp number in the format: Country code,(without +) followed by phone number. No spaces in between:



  •  After entering required info. Click on save and update. Wait for 3-5 mins, restart outlook for change to reflect in signature. (Can take upto 5-10 mins for change to reflect)


  • After the signature is updated you will get the link "Contact me on WhatsApp" in your signature as per below. Clicking on the link will open WhatsApp, or navigate the guest to the web version:
