We are excited to roll out Krisp to your laptops!

There are some steps you need to carry out as an end user, so please do follow the below instructions. This will only take you 2 minutes

Krisp AI:

Once Krisp AI is deployed. It will pop up as a small Window on your laptop:

By Default, the Microphone and Speaker should automatically pick up and have your headset selected as Default. If it doesn't, click on the drop-down and select the correct one.

Krisp AI is a small tool that sits in your toolbar. You can open this anytime by clicking on it. We have however, deployed this to your laptop so this simply runs in the background and does what it needs to do for you:

Please drag this icon and place it next to your audio icon for easy access.

Any problems with Krisp AI

If you do find a red on the toolbar icon or the small Window doesn't show you the above screenshot. Right click Krisp in the toolbar and select Quit Krisp. Once Krisp is closed, Click Start, search Krisp and Open it again:

What you need to do in Genesys:

You need to change your Sound Profile in Genesys, disable Echo & Noise cancellation and have it select Krisp as Default. Click on the Grey Icon of a person, then select Preferences:

Click on Sound. Then under Audio Device Profile click on the drop down and delete all Sound Profiles by clicking the 'x'. Once done, select New Profile:

Name the new profile Krisp and select Krisp as the Microphone and Speaker. Once done, Click Save.

You'll return to the Sound section. Expand Advanced Mic Settings and ensure Echo Cancellation off and Noise Suppression Off are both turned off:

That's it! You're Guests are now ready to enjoy a background noise free call with you!
