As Scott Dunn account passwords need to be changed every 90 days, there is a process that must be followed when changing a password outside of the physical office network. 

Note: The same process can be followed within the office, if resetting from the office you can skip Step 1.


Procedure


1. You can change your password anytime remotely, however you must be connected to the VPN first if working remotely .If you are working from office , you can skip this step 



2. Once signed into the VPN or while in the Office, press CTRL + ALT + Delete  which should bring up the following screen:



3. Click the option 'Change a Password', and put in a strong password with letters, numbers and a special character. 



After following these steps, you will have changed your password. If you are not able to log in, please log a ticket with Support.
