Okta Verify is a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) App that is integrated with Scott Dunn systems for 2-factor security purposes (not to be confused with Microsoft Authenticator, which is used for Scott Dunn Microsoft systems). 


This app is currently owned and managed by Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) and integrated with the following systems:

- Compass

- Mindspace (UK Office)

- Facebook Workplace

- Genesys (new Scott Dunn telephony system)

- Luxurytravelgroup

- ServiceNow (Flight Centre Support)

- LinkedIn Learning


*Please note that Scott Dunn Support has the ability to reset your Okta Verify MFA setup in the case that it is deleted or is installed on a new device. This can be requested through a Support Ticket.


Okta Verify Setup 


1. On your personal Mobile, navigate to the App Store or Google Play Store and download Okta Verify

*You can download it either directly, or through the InTune company app portal 

2. Open Okta Verify and click Get Started

- Select Get Started                           - Select Next                     - Select Add Account

- Select Organization         - Select, Yes, Ready to Scan 

 

Please pause at this stage and continue set up on your laptop. Further instructions to follow up on your mobile will be at a later stage in this guide.


3. To get the QR code. On your laptop, navigate to:  https://fctg.okta.com/

 

4. Enter your Scott Dunn email address and click Next

5. Enter your password (this will be the same as your Windows login password):

 6. You will be prompted to now set up Okta Verify. Click Configure factor:

7. Select iPhone or Android if you have an android phone, and click Next:

Please now continue on your personal mobile and perform the following steps to finish setting up Okta Verify.


8. Select Yes, Ready to Scan from your mobile. Scan the QR Code on your laptop with the Okta Verify app.

9. Select Allow to ensure you receive notifications and Click Done
