Before reading further, Open your Outlook application and observe the very top right hand side. 



You now see the LTG Outlook Connector. It is a software, called plug-in or add-on for Microsoft Outlook.

It was  developed by our in-house Dev Team, and it is supported by the Application Support.

It provides two core functions:
1. Provides the Templates when you compile a brand new email
2. It is responsible for filling guests' emails (& other external stakeholders) to the PIMPS application.

If LTG Outlook Connector disappears from the top part of Outlook, here’s how to reenable it.  

 

Select “File” then “Options” within Outlook. 

 

 

Select “Add-ins” on the left, change the “Manage” drop-down box to “Disabled Items” and select “Go…” 

 

  


Select “Add-in: Luxury Travel Group.LTGOutlook Connector” and select “Enable” 



 



Now change selection from "Disabled Items" to  “COM Add-ins” and select “Go…” 


Tick the box next to “LTG Outlook Connector” and then select “OK”
